Have you tried really hard to find that PERFECTLY delicious and moist banana bread?!? Well, I'm here to the rescue...well, via Gaby actually! I'm sure by now, you know how much I adore the fabulous Gaby from "What's Gaby Cooking!" Well months and months ago she made this banana bread on one of her snapisodes on Snapchat and I just HAD to make it! So that I did. I can't tell you how many times I've made it since then! It's so incredibly easy, delicious AND it stays so unbelievably moist it's unreal!
The BEST way I like to eat this banana bread is to slice up a piece and throw it in the microwave for 20 seconds. The chocolate chips are melted perfectly and the bread is just warm enough! OMG, this bread is so good! You can eat it for breakfast, a snack, dessert, or any time of the day! Hey, it has fruit in it, so it's basically healthy for you! 😉 If you see those bananas on your counter start to turn brown, don't throw them away, MAKE THIS BREAD!!! It's a nice treat for when you have your friends and family over to decorate the house for the holidays! Also, double bonus, it makes the house smell SOOOO good!! Ok, now go make it!!
